We have a good working knowledge of computing from DOS to Windows 98, XP & Vista.

We are willing to work at your premises or remove equipment for attention at our premises. Many proplems may be solved during a visit while others need more detailed investigation. Sometimes parts are required and if the machine is still being used it will not be removed.

Equipment may be brought to us for attention.

We are based in Bampton, near Witney, Oxfordshire in the UK.

Normal operating range is a radius of 50 miles aprox. We will go further by arrangement. There is no call out charge but we charge for the time taken which includes time on the road in both directions.

We offer free advice by phone or email. We will not diagnose faults or repair equipment by remote control.

Tuition in using computers is also available. This is tailored to your level of understanding. Good knowledge of a wide range of software. JEB Teaching Dimploma in I.T.
