Use Discretion When Passing On Spirit Knowledge

Spirit (Cloud): Good evening.

You yourselves have a considerable amount of knowledge of what you call spiritualism and you are probably very eager to pass it on, and this we appreciate, but we must also ask that you do this with discretion.

It is no good arguing with anyone. There is a time in the life of most people when they will sincerely, and I say that again ‘sincerely’, enquire into spiritualism or afterlife, or life after death, or whatever you like to call it… but that’s all it may be, a fleeting enquiry. We have asked that you have clear in your minds the answers to these enquiries, but don’t feel defeated, don’t feel that you must push it if there is no acceptance, for the simple reason that each soul, each spirit, has freedom of choice.

There is a time in their development when suddenly they realise “That is the answer, I wish to find out more”, and it is that person that you can discuss it with more, help develop, encourage, whatever. But for the mere enquirer, perhaps even the aggressive one, more harm can be done if in your enthusiasm and your wanting to pass on your knowledge, you try to pass it to someone who is not ready.

It is not their fault. It is just not their time. They are possibly nicer people than perhaps you are, developed highly in many aspects of life, but they are not prepared to accept life everlasting other than perhaps through their religious beliefs, that have been inculcated into humanity over thousands of years. It is hard to say what puts up that barrier, but it can be there.

So don’t feel that it is your fault if there is indifference, if there is no more questioning. As long as you have given the right answer at that time, it will act like a little germ of knowledge and perhaps many years later, many years later, it will start to grow and they will build on that, and someone else may take over from your teachings, and so they will develop.

Don’t be downhearted. Life can be very discouraging for you people, and for us, because imagine how we feel when there is someone whom we know could be a receiver for us, but who puts up a blank wall. It happens so often, but we know that sooner or later somewhere in their development, they will allow us in. It is all a matter of patience, and in life everlasting, that’s a very important thing for us to have – patience.

This was Cloud.

Goodnight and God bless you.
